SPECIALTY CUT STYLE
Unique lattice appearance. Both sides of the lattice slice have interlaced crinkles running approximately 90° to each other.
CONVERT A MODEL CC
Model CC Slicers can be converted to Model CCL Lattice Slicers. Larger CC Slicers can be converted to Model CCLL Large Lattice Slicers. Contact Urschel for additional information.
NEW CCLL
The CCLL potato slicer offers Improved, gentler cutting action and promotes higher yields. †Patented stainless steel impeller has a larger central feed opening for extended runtime and now with five, instead of four, longer feed tubes for increased capacity and improved slice quality.
HIGH CAPACITY PRODUCTION
The new CCLL potato slicer delivers more than twice the capacity of the CCL. The CCLL features five cutting stations, and a larger 32″ (813 mm) cutting chamber, and is powered by a 10 HP (7.5 kW) stainless steel motor.
BEST SUITED FOR SPECIFIC INPUT SIZE
Proper feeding of round or elongated potatoes measuring between 2–4″ (50.8 – 101.6 mm) is essential.
URSCHEL SERVICE & SUPPORT
Urschel cutting machinery is backed by solid service and support. Urschel customer service is just as dependable as the rugged equipment Urschel manufactures.

Applications
The Models CCL (Chip Cutter Lattice) and CCLL (Chip Cutter Large Lattice) potato slicers produce lattice cuts of varying thickness. Both sides of the slice have crinkles/corrugations. The crinkles/corrugations run approximately 90° to each other. Uses involve lattice potato chips and thicker potato waffle fries. The CCL features 4 cutting stations. The CCLL features 5 cutting stations.
An improved version of the CCL, the CCLL Slicer features five cutting stations, in place of the four, a larger 32″ (813 mm) cutting chamber, and is powered by a 10 HP (7.5 kW) stainless steel motor.
The CCLL delivers more than twice the capacity of the CCL (dependent on feeding method). Improved, gentler cutting action promotes higher yields. †Patented stainless steel impeller has a larger central feed opening for extended runtime and now with five, instead of four, longer feed tubes for increased capacity and improved slice quality. Each feed tube features: individually replaceable bearing tubes; sealed extended life, and hybrid stainless/ceramic ball bearings with rotary seals on either side of each bearing to promote extended runtime.
Lattice slicing is a unique application. Proper feeding of the machine is necessary to ensure continuous production. Tempered high-quality round or elongated potatoes measuring between 2 – 4 inches (51 – 102 mm) are best suited.
Note: The Model CC Slicer can be converted to a Model CCL Lattice Slicer by purchasing the recommended set of parts. Contact your local Urschel representative for more information.
