What is an ESOP?
Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a retirement plan that provides retirement income to participants at NO COST, and you have the opportunity to become a beneficial owner of the Company! The ESOP allows employee-owners to share in the growth and success of the company. Urschel makes annual contributions of stock to your ESOP account.
How Do I Become a Participant?
As a full-time or part-time employee, you will automatically become a participant once you have completed one year of continuous service and have at least 1,000 hours of service in that 12-month period.
