Urschel Philanthropy Form

U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations may complete a form to seek donations. Forms are reviewed by the Urschel Philanthropic Committee. If the form is incomplete or lacks the necessary information, it will not be reviewed by the committee.

Urschel is dedicated to improving our community. Each year, we donate a designated amount of funds (as determined by our Board of Directors) to far-reaching philanthropic organizations. We partner with many causes that positively impact the lives of individuals to promote overall well-being and strengthen our community.

URSCHEL PHILANTHROPIC COMMITTEE MISSION STATEMENT: To identify and support philanthropic causes that promote community, environment welfare, and development.

URSCHEL PHILANTHROPIC GUIDELINES:
The Philanthropic Committee will only consider U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations (no religious, political, or non-qualified organizations). The information below will be reviewed by the committee, and, if approved, will then be submitted to our Board of Directors for final approval. Allow at least one month for all requests to be reviewed. A W-9 form is required before the donation will be issued.
