Assistant General Manager – Grand Gardner Hotel
This is a working Lead position and will continue performing his/her regular Customer Service duties while supporting the Supervisor in coordination and training efforts. This role acts as a resource for peers, helping ensure adequate coverage, consistency in processes, and prompt resolution of routine questions. The Customer Service Lead serves as a liaison between team members and the Supervisor, assisting with communication, training, and day-to-day coordination without formal supervisory authority. This position does not have direct supervisory authority (e.g., hiring, performance reviews, or disciplinary action).
