Processing of vegetables on the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter by Urschel such as leafy vegetables including lettuce and cabbage: 1/32 to 3/8″ (.8 to 9.5 mm) shreds of controlled length. The TranSlicer 2520 Cutter offers increased sanitation and time-saving cleaning with IP69K certified components.

Explore each of the 3 different DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer models to determine the best one for your vegetable cutting application. Achieve a rice cut on carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, zucchini, and other vegetables. Specialty bow tie cuts, crinkle noodle cuts, dices, and strip cuts are also available.
Sizes include: 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, or 1/2″ (3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 6.4, 7.9, 9.5, or 12.7 mm) cubes and strips such as 1/8 x 1-1/2 x 1/4″ (3.2 x 38.1 x 6.4 mm).
Obtain 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, or 3/4″ (3.2, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7, or 19.1 mm) dices of vegetables such as eggplant. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm). Input product should not exceed 10″ (254 mm) in any dimension.
The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Dice | Strip
Processing of vegetables on the SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/4 up to 1″ (6.4 up to 25.4 mm) cubes, and various pieces. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Precut product as necessary for proper processing.

Dice | Noodle Cut | Rice Cut | Strip
Achieve a rice cut on broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, zucchini, and other vegetables. A crinkle noodle cut is also popular when processing squash or similar vegetables.

Processing of vegetables on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer —  1/4 up to 1″ (6.4 up to 25.4 mm) cubes, and various pieces. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Precut product as necessary for proper processing.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Shred | Slice | Strip
Processing of fruits and vegetables on the Urschel CC-DL Shredder. Shred, slice, or strip cut a variety of fruits and vegetables. The CC-DL Shredder comes with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and 32″ (813 mm) cutting enclosure to produce higher capacities than the standard CC-D Shredder.

A wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained. Microcut heads offer the finest degree of reduction.
The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line. The 9310 features the highest capacity with the most powerful motor combined with the largest microcut head configuration.

Segment | Slab | Strip
Process vegetables on the VSC Segment Cutter by Urschel such as .250, .290, .313, .375, .438 or .500″ (6.4, 7.4, 8.0, 9.5, 11 or 13 mm) square strips, slabs and segments of various vegetables such as carrots, pickles, or potatoes.
VSC CUTTER – 1/4 or 3/8″ (3.2 or 13 mm) slab cuts from whole, trimmed eggplant or similar vegetables.

Process vegetables, such as carrots, pickles, or potatoes, on the FloCut® Watergun Model 360 Head by Urschel. The Watergun Model 360 Head may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. The Flo-Cut offers fast, easy cutting head replacement for changing knives or sizes of cuts.

Process vegetables, such as carrots, pickles, or potatoes, on the Velocicut® Head by Urschel. The Velocicut may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. Blades are held together by tension and do not have a sharp edge.
