Fish and seafood processing including tuna on the Urschel M6 Dicer includes 3/16 to 3″ (4.8 to 76 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 1″ (9.5 x 25 mm) or 3/4 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 38 mm) from fresh, frozen tempered or cooked fish at temperatures from 28° F (-2° C) to hot cooked. Fish must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 1″ (25 mm). Approximate hourly capacity: 4,500 lb (2,000 kg). Consult Urschel Laboratories for optimum knife configuration and cutting speed.
The M6 Dicer is the precursor to the M VersaPro® Dicer (MVP). The M6 Dicer is available with a 5 HP (3.7 kW) or 10 HP (5.6 kW) single or VFD (variable frequency drive) stainless steel motor.

Processing of fish and seafood products. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may produce 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and strips from frozen-tempered fish with skin removed. Fillets may need to be precut to 10″ (254 mm) in length for proper processing. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

Capacity is 1,500 to 4,000 lb (680 to 1,800 kg) hourly depending upon fineness required and size of motor.
