Approximate hourly capacity of 3/8″ (9.5 mm) slices: 50,000 lb (13,600 kg) hourly. Note: The centrifugal slicing principle of the CC Slicer does not provide for orientation of tomatoes.

Approximate hourly capacity of 3/4″ (19.1 mm) cube: 60,000 lb (22,000 kg). The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.
