Processing of strawberries and other berries on the SPRINT 2 DICER — 1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and pieces from fresh, tempered frozen, or thawed berries. Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Processing of strawberries and other berries on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer — 1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and pieces from fresh, tempered frozen, or thawed berries. Maximum infeed is 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension.
Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

A wide range of particle sizes suitable for jam, jelly, pastry fillings, and juice extraction can be obtained from fresh, frozen, or cooked berries. Choose from wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Approximate hourly capacity of 1/16″ (1.6 mm) particles using 5,634 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 17″ cutting enclosure: 7,500 lb (3,400 kg). Use microcut heads for the finest degree of reduction at capacities up to 12,000 lbs. (5,500 kg) hourly using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind whole berries and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.
