Capacity is 3,000 lb (1,300 kg) of .010″ (0.3 mm) thick slices using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 15 horsepower motor.
Produce particles as small as 200 mesh sieve size from extracted soy bean flakes in aqueous slurry. Use suitable microcut heads in two or more reduction steps for finest particles. Capacities of 10 to 30 gallons (35 to 110 liters) per minute to produce soya bean milk will depend upon desired particle size and method of feeding product to the Processor.
Use to prepare slurry prior to extruder. Use after extruder to achieve final particle size. Use to size reduce off-grade product for rework. Such products as dough, cereal, feed products, soy beans, soy protein, pet food ingredients, noodles, and snack products

Single pass reduction on the Comitrol Processor Model 9310 will produce similar particles at capacities up to 70 gallons (320 liters) per minute without multiple reduction steps.
