Slice
Urschel CC Slicer on Crinkle and Flat Potato Slicer – Potato processing equipment to produce 1/32 to 1/8″ (0.8 to 3.2 mm) plain or crinkle slices for potato chips and flakes. Parts are available for slice thickness up to 1/2″ (12.7 mm). Approximate hourly capacity of 1/16″ (1.6 mm) slices: 2,000 lb (900 kg).
Urschel CC Slicer for strip cutting of potatoes – 3/32, 3/16, or 1/4″ (2.4, 4.8, or 6.4 mm) cuts, random length and strip cuts measuring 1/16 x 3/16″ (1.6 x 4.8 mm) or 3/16 x 3/8″ (4.8 x 9.5 mm) from potatoes not exceeding 4″ (102 mm) in length or diameter. Approximate hourly capacity of 3/16″ (4.8 mm) cuts using special slicing head and impeller: 12,000 lb (5,500 kg).
Urschel CC Slicer for shredding potatoes – 1/16″ (1.6 mm) square or 1/16 x 1/8″ (1.6 x 3.2 mm) oval shreds from raw or chilled cooked potatoes. Excellent for patties, hash brown or substitute for mashed and riced potato. Approximate hourly capacity: 1,500 to 5,000 lb (680 to 2,200 kg).

Lattice Slice
Process potatoes on the Urschel CCL (Crinkle Cut Lattice) Slicer. Lattice Potato Slicer – Lattice Cut Potato Chip Machinery – Produces a unique lattice potato appearance for everything from thin lattice potato slices to thick potato waffle fries. Proper feeding of oval or flat-shaped potatoes measuring between 2 to 4 inches (50.8 – 101.6 mm) is essential.
