Processing of fruits. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may produce 5/32 to 1″ (4.0 to 25.4 mm) dices from all different types of fruits. Contact your local Urschel office to learn more. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled, cleaned melons, pineapple, or papaya. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Processing of pineapple on the Sprint 2 Dicer – 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled fruit or cylinders which have been cored. Precut as required. Maximum infeed dimension of 6.5″ (165.1 mm). Use conveyor discharge version to assist in processing.

Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled fruit or cylinders which have been cored. Precut as required. Maximum infeed dimension of 6.5″ (165.1 mm). Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Coarse Puree | Puree
Consistently reduces fruit fiber for puree, beverage nectar, or baby food from fresh or canned fruit. Chop or crush for feeding to the Processor with microcut head. Capacity is 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and any style of cutting enclosure.

Coarse Puree | Granulate | Puree

Chop or crush for feeding to the Processor with microcut head. Capacity is 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and any style of cutting enclosure.

Granulate | Slurry
Reduce pineapple into a crushed state or slurry for flavoring or smoothie use.

Coarse Puree
​Reduce pre-cut pineapple into a medium to coarse puree. May be used as a pre-cutter for further reduction on the Comitrol Processor Model 1700 equipped with Microcut Head to produce a smoother consistency.

Paste | Puree
Produce pulp, baby food, puree, or beverage nectar. A wide range of particle sizes suitable for pastes, soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements.
Puree and baby foods from crushed or broken fresh fruit using selected microcut head. Heads containing a greater number of blades may be required if seed identity must be destroyed, or fiber size reduced further.
The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line.
