Slice
Processing of pickles on the E TranSlicer® Cutter by Urschel such as 1/32 up to 2″ (.8 up to 51 mm) slice thickness. Cut plain or crinkle slices from product not exceeding 4″ (101.6 mm) in diameter. Approximate capacity is 6,000 to 15,000 lb (2700 to 7000 kg) hourly.

Dice | Strip
AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Coarse Puree
Reduce to particles suitable for special ingredient uses or individual service packaging. Select from a wide range of cutting head opening sizes. Chop or precut stock for rapid feeding.

Segment | Slab
Process pickles on the VSC Segment Cutter by Urschel such as .125″, .156″, or .188″ (3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, or 4.8 mm) slab thickness or 4, 5, 6, 8, or 12 segment cuts. Capacity is 1,500 to 2,500 lb (680 to 1,100 kg) hourly and may exceed this depending on diameter of product and feeding method.

Process pickles on the FloCut® Watergun Model 360 Head by Urschel. The Watergun Model 360 Head may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. The Flo-Cut offers fast, easy cutting head replacement for changing knives or sizes of cuts.

Process pickles on the Velocicut® Head by Urschel. The Velocicut may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. Blades are held together by tension and do not have a sharp edge.
