Particles ranging from 50 to 100 mesh sieve for rework or ingredient use. Capacity is 1,000 to 2,500 lb (450 to 1,150 kg) hourly using microcut head, 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and 17″ cutting chamber. Air classification system following the Comitrol Processor allows oversize particles to be separated and rerun.
Flour particles in 60 to 120 mesh sieve range from whole, broken or second-head dry rice. Use microcut head with 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and 17″ cutting chamber. Air classification system following the Comitrol Processor allows oversize particles to be separated and rerun. Capacity is 3,000 to 4,000 lb (1,350 to 1,800 kg) hourly using any suitable controlled feeding method.
