Horseradish processing on the Urschel CC Slicer: Reduce horseradish that has been precut into 3 – 4″ (76.2 to 101.6 mm) lengths into a variety of shreds.

Dice | Strip
Processing of horseradish. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may produce dices or strips such as .080 x 5/32 x 3/8″ or 1/2 x 1/2 x 3/4″. Infeed product should not exceed 10″ (254 mm) in any dimension. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Dice | Strip
Processing of horseradish using the SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary. Offers more power versus the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Processing of horseradish using the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer —  1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

Coarse Puree | Paste
1/32″ (0.8 mm) or larger particles for preparation of sauces and salad-style horseradish.

Coarse Puree
​A full range of particle sizes from coarse chopped to smaller particles suitable for blending or subsequent processing. Choose from wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Use as a pre-cutter for further processing through the Microcut Head on the Comitrol® Processor Model 1700 when a smoother consistency is required.

Coarse Puree
