Slice
Effectively process fruits on the Urschel CC Slicer: 1/16 to 1/8″ (1.6 to 3.2 mm) slices from whole or peeled, cored fruit. Parts are available for slice thickness up to 1/2″ (12.7 mm). Use stainless steel slicing heads for either plain or crinkle cuts. Approximate hourly capacity of 1/8″ (3.2 mm): 5,000 lb (2,300 kg).

Julienne | Slice
The processing of fruit on the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter by Urschel such as 3/4 x 3/4″, 3/4 x 1″, 1 x 1″, 1-3/8 x 1″, 1-3/8 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 19 mm, 19 x 25 mm, 25 x 25 mm, 35 x 25 mm, 35 x 38 mm) dices of cantaloupe, papaya, or pineapple. Maximum infeed dimension is 8″ (203.2 mm) in product diameter on the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter. The TranSlicer 2510 Cutter is the precursor to the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter. The TranSlicer 2520 Cutter offers increased sanitation and time-saving cleaning with IP69K certified components.

Julienne | Slice
The processing of fruit on the TranSlicer® 2510 Cutter by Urschel such as 3/4 x 3/4″, 3/4 x 1″, 1 x 1″, 1-3/8 x 1″, 1-3/8 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 19 mm, 19 x 25 mm, 25 x 25 mm, 35 x 25 mm, 35 x 38 mm) dices of cantaloupe, papaya, or pineapple. Maximum infeed dimension is 8″ (203.2 mm) in product diameter on the TranSlicer® 2510 Cutter. The TranSlicer 2510 Cutter is the precursor to the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter.

Dice | Strip
Processing of fruits. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may produce 5/32 to 1″ (4.0 to 25.4 mm) dices from all different types of fruits. Contact your local Urschel office to learn more. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled, cleaned melons, pineapple, or papaya. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Dice | Strip
Processing of fruits on the SPRINT 2 DICER — 1/8″ (3.2 mm) dices up to 1″ (25.4 mm) and various strip cuts such as Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled, cleaned pre-cut melon, pineapple, or papaya. Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Processing of fruits on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer — 1/8″ (3.2 mm) dices up to 1″ (25.4 mm) and various strip cuts such as Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm) from peeled, cleaned pre-cut melon, pineapple, or papaya. Precut so input product does not exceed 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Shred | Slice | Strip
Processing of fruits and vegetables on the Urschel CC-DL Shredder. Shred, slice, or strip cut a variety of fruits and vegetables. The CC-DL Shredder comes with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and 32″ (813 mm) cutting enclosure to produce higher capacities than the standard CC-D Shredder.

Coarse Puree | Paste |Puree
​Puree and baby foods from crushed or broken fresh fruit using a selected microcut head set-up. Heads containing a greater number of blades may be required if seed identity must be destroyed, or fiber size reduced further. Use the Processor with 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor, and any style of cutting enclosure.

Coarse Puree | Granulate |Paste | Powder | Puree
A wide range of particle sizes suitable for sauce preparation, pastry fillings, or juice extraction can be obtained from raw, canned, or frozen segments and pieces. Choose from a wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Use microcut heads for finest degree of reduction. Chop or grind apples to 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump to the Processor for minimum aeration. Approximate hourly capacity: 12,000 lb (5,500 kg) using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor.
​Puree and baby foods from crushed or broken fresh fruit using selected microcut head. Heads containing a greater number of blades may be required if seed identity must be destroyed, or fiber size reduced further. Use the Processor with 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor, and any style of cutting enclosure.
Produce powder from dehydrated fruits for flavorings.

The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line. The 9310 features the highest capacity with the most powerful motor combined with the largest microcut head configuration.
