Fish and seafood processing on the M VersaPro Dicer (MVP) includes 3/16 to 3″ (4.8 to 76 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 1″ (9.5 x 25 mm) or 3/4 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 38 mm) from fresh, frozen tempered or cooked fish at temperatures from 28° F (-2° C) to hot cooked.
The MVP offers 33% increased feeding capacity versus the standard M6 due to wider belts, optimized cutting, and increased horsepower. Optional HMI is also available.

Dice | Strip
Processing of fish and seafood products. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may produce 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and strips from frozen-tempered fish with skin removed. Fillets may need to be precut to 10″ (254 mm) in length for proper processing. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Processing of fish and seafood products including salmon and tuna. The Sprint 2® Dicer may produce 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and strips from frozen-tempered fish with skin removed. Fillets may need to be precut to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in length for proper processing.

Processing of fish and seafood products. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer may produce 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and strips from frozen-tempered fish with skin removed. Fillets may need to be precut to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in length for proper processing. Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Fish must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 1″ (25 mm). Approximate hourly capacity: 4,500 lb (2,000 kg). Consult Urschel Laboratories for optimum knife configuration and cutting speed.
The M6 Dicer is the precursor to the M VersaPro® Dicer (MVP). The M6 Dicer is available with a 5 HP (3.7 kW) or 10 HP (5.6 kW) single or VFD (variable frequency drive) stainless steel motor.

Shred
Processing of fish and seafood on the Urschel CC-DL Shredder. Shred or strip cut a variety of seafood and fish products including surimi. The CC-DL Shredder comes with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and 32″ (813 mm) cutting enclosure to produce higher capacities than the standard CC-D Shredder.

Coarse Puree | Paste | Puree
​1/16″ (1.6 mm) or larger flakes from cooked, chilled product cut into pieces not exceeding 3″ (76.2 mm) in any dimension. Select cutting head of suitable opening size. Approximate hourly capacity: 6,000 lb (2,700 kg) of 1/4″ (6.4 mm) particles using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed on a Comitrol® Processor Model 1700.
Paste for spreads and fillings from smoked or cooked fish. Feed the broken or chopped product into cutting heads with impeller speed of 5,634 revolutions per minute. Produce extra fine particles from ground or precut fish with impeller speed of 9,390 revolutions per minute. Capacity is 1,500 to 4,000 lbs. (680 to 1,800 kg) hourly depending upon fineness required and size of motor.
Rework fish and seafood parts such as heads, bones, peels, and skins for fish soup or flavorings for extruded snacks for aroma. Produce extra fine particles from ground or precut fish parts with impeller speed of 9,390 revolutions per minute. Capacity is 1,500 to 4,000 lbs. (680 to 1,800 kg) hourly depending upon fineness required and size of motor.
