The E TranSlicer® Cutter by Urschel may be used to slice eggplant.

Processing of eggplant on the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter by Urschel such as 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or 3/8″ (9.5 mm) slices. The TranSlicer 2510 Cutter is the precursor to the TranSlicer® 2520 Cutter. The TranSlicer 2520 Cutter offers increased sanitation and time-saving cleaning with IP69K certified components.

Dice | Strip
The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer delivers eggplant dicing solutions. Dices and strips including 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, or 3/4″ (3.2, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7, or 19.1 mm) dices. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm). The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Dice | Strip
Processing of eggplant using the SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes, and various strips. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Processing of eggplant on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer – 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, or 3/4″ (3.2, 6.4, 9.5, 12.7, or 19.1 mm) dices. Some tapering occurs naturally on larger dices. Pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2″ (6.4 x 9.5 x 12.7 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4″ (9.5 x 19.1 x 19.1 mm). Precut so input product does not exceed 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

Segment | Slab | Strip
Process eggplant on the VSC Segment Cutter by Urschel such as 1/4 or 3/8″ (3.2 or 13 mm) slab cuts from whole, trimmed eggplant. Capacity is 1,500 to 2,500 lbs. (680 to 1,100 kg) or more depending upon method of feeding.
