Processing of coconut. Dices as small as 1/8″ (3.2 mm) and various pieces and strip cuts. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer offers the highest capacity when compared to the Sprint 2® Dicer.

Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers.

Processing of coconut on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer – 1/8″ up to 3/8″ (3.2 mm up to 9.5 mm) cubes and pieces such as 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/4″ (3.2 x 3.2 x 6.4 mm) or 1/16 x 1/4 x 1/2″ (1.6 x 6.4 x 12.7 mm) from broken coconut pieces. Maximum infeed dimension of 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary for proper feeding. Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Processing of coconut on the Urschel CC-DL Shredder: .070″ (1.8 mm), .097″ (2.5 mm), .125″ (3.2 mm) full shreds, Flat-V® shreds, v-shreds, oval shreds, crescent shreds, wide oval shreds, or strip cuts for coconut products. Coconut pieces should not exceed 3-1/2″ (90 mm) for proper processing. The CC-DL Shredder comes with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and 32″ (813 mm) cutting enclosure to produce higher capacities than the standard CC-D Shredder.

Select suitable K, K-U or M style cutting heads to produce desired particle size. Approximate hourly capacity using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 17″ cutting enclosure: 3,000 to 5,000 lb (1,300 to 2,200 kg).
COMITROL® PROCESSOR – shred fresh coconut meat into fine particles suitable for fat extraction for coconut milk. Use 3M030060U with a dio-cut impeller at 6,000 revolutions per minute.
Use the microcut head set-up for the finest particle size reduction.
