Dice | Strip
Berry processing on the SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and pieces from fresh, tempered frozen, or thawed berries. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Coarse Puree | Puree
Puree or beverage nectar from fresh, whole, or crushed fruit using microcut head. Approximate capacity: 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor, and any style cutting enclosure.

Granulate | Powder | Puree
​Puree or beverage nectar from fresh, whole, or crushed fruit using microcut head. Approximate capacity: 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor, and any style cutting enclosure. Reduce dehydrated product to a fine powder. Reduce berries to a puree to incorporate into almond milk beverages. Granulate product to add to yogurts.

Reduce fresh or frozen berries for inclusions in bakery and other applications. A full range of particle sizes suitable for blending or subsequent processing can be obtained from various berries. Choose from wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). May be used as a precutter for further reduction on the Comitrol Processor Model 1700 equipped with a Microcut Head.

The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line. The 9310 features the highest capacity with the most powerful motor combined with the largest microcut head configuration.

Granulate
The N Granulator may be used for the reduction of frozen-tempered berries. Set at sizes such as 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2″ (3.2, 3.9, 4.8, 6.4, 9.5, or 12.7 mm) with set circular knife spindle spacing.
