Explore the Urschel CC Slicer for the processing of beets: 1/16 to 1/8″ (1.6 to 3.2 mm) plain or crinkle slices from blanched or cooked beets. Parts are available for slice thickness up to 1/2″ (12.7 mm).

Processing of beets on the E TranSlicer® Cutter by Urschel such as 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/2, 2, 2-1/4, or 3″ (13, 19, 25, 38, 51, 57, or 76 mm) cuts. Approximate hourly capacity: 12,000 to 15,000 lb (5,500 to 7,000 kg). Use blanched or cooked beets not over 2-3/4″ (70 mm) in diameter.

Processing of Beets. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer offers dices and strip cuts of 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips. Maximum infeed product of 10″ (254 mm) in any dimension. Approximate hourly capacity: up to 30,000 lb (13,000 kg) at 3/8″ (9.5 mm) cuts.

Beet processing on the SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/4 up to 1″ (6.4 up to 25.4 mm) cubes, and strips and unique bow tie cuts, noodle cuts, and rice cuts. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Beet dicing on the DiversaCut Sprint® Dicer – 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips and unique bow tie cuts, noodle cuts, and rice cuts. Maximum infeed dimension of 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary for proper feeding. Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

Paste | Puree
A wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained from raw, canned or frozen product. The 1500 employs a microcut head set-up for finest degree of reduction. Chop or pregrind infeed product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

​COMITROL® PROCESSOR – A wide range of particle sizes suitable for flavorings, soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained from raw, canned, or frozen product. Process vegetable slurries to a smooth consistency. Produce concentrated powder from dehydrated products. Reduce vegetable pomace. Choose from a wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Use microcut heads for the finest degree of reduction. Chop or grind product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

Process beets on the VSC Segment Cutter by Urschel such as 4-segment or 5-segment cuts or .250″ (6.4 mm) slab thickness.
