Dice | Strip
Bacon processing on the M VersaPro® Dicer (MVP). Produce dices and strips from raw, cooked, or frozen-tempered bacon slabs. Obtain 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, or 1/2″ (4.8 mm, 6.4 mm, 9.5 mm, or 12.7 mm) dices or strips such as 3/8 x 3/8″ (9.5 x 9.5 mm), 3/8 x 1/2″ (9.5 x 12.7 mm), 1/2 x 1/2″ (12.7 x 12.7 mm), 1 x 1″ (25.4 x 25.4 mm), or 1-1/2 x 1-1/2″ (38.1 x 38.1 mm). The MVP offers 33% increased feeding capacity versus the standard M6 due to wider belts, optimized cutting, and increased horsepower. Optional HMI is also available.

Dice | Granulate | Crumble
AFFINITY® DICER — 1/8 up to 3/4″ (3.2 up to 19 mm) dices and wide-range of strip cuts. Specifically manufactured for difficult to process products such as cold temperature applications, soft-texture products, or products with a high-fat content that would normally be difficult to cut. Offers the highest capacity among Urschel dicers. Available with or without a built-in conveyor feed chute. Accepts product up to 7″ (178 mm) or up to 10″ (254 mm) in largest single product dimension. Capacity, quality of dicing, and mechanical operation are greatly influenced by product temperature and speed settings. It is advisable to send our test cutting facility a quantity of the particular variety of meat which will be used so that samples can be prepared and operating suggestions offered.

Affinity Integra® Dicer

Crumble | Dice | Strip
AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm). Larger infeed and impeller case than RA series machines that equates to potentially 20 to 50 percent increase in capacity. Integrates to replace Model RA series machines already in the field. Large 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor.

Bacon processing on the Urschel Model M6 Dicer. Produce dices and strips from raw, cooked, or frozen-tempered bacon slabs. Obtain 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, or 1/2″ (4.8 mm, 6.4 mm, 9.5 mm, or 12.7 mm) dices or strips such as 3/8 x 3/8″ (9.5 x 9.5 mm), 3/8 x 1/2″ (9.5 x 12.7 mm), 1/2 x 1/2″ (12.7 x 12.7 mm), 1 x 1″ (25.4 x 25.4 mm), or 1-1/2 x 1-1/2″ (38.1 x 38.1 mm).
The M6 Dicer is the precursor to the M VersaPro® Dicer (MVP). The M6 Dicer is available with a 5 HP (3.7 kW) or 10 HP (5.6 kW) single or VFD (variable frequency drive) stainless steel motor.
