AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm). Larger infeed and impeller case than RA series machines that equates to potentially 20 to 50 percent increase in capacity. Integrates to replace Model RA series machines already in the field. Large 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor.

The 1700 employs all three different styles of reduction heads: cutting, slicing, and microcut heads to produce granulations, slices, and coarse or smooth purees from aloe leaves, fillets, or gel.
Reduce leaves or fillets for beverages or reduce freeze-dried aloe vera extract. Precut into strips not exceeding 3/8″ (10 mm) Approximate hourly capacity feeding aloe vera fillets using a microcut head: 2,000 lb (900 kg).
