About this role:

In this role, you’ll partner with our HR Manager in the daily execution of HR operations, with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen our workplace culture and advance strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressively responsible HR experience. A solid understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex employee relations matters from initial review through resolution, proficiency in employee performance management systems, and hands-on experience in change management. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integration efforts a plus.

This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana, and requires full-time, on-site work.
