Kronen-Urschel US LLC will be relocating from Madison Wisconsin to a location within Porter County Indiana at the beginning of 2026. The location will be offsite from the Urschel Chesterton Headquarters. Kronen stands for machines and lines that enable hygienic, safe, sustainable, and efficient processing of fresh foods – to find the right solution for every customer.
The Kronen Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless processes that support the Company, Suppliers, and Customers with professional, timely, and accurate service related to the machines and spare parts distributed by Kronen. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, strong collaboration, and exceptional customer service in all aspects of Kronen machine and spare parts sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Kronen GmbH (Germany) to coordinate sales efforts.
- Assisting with machine quotes, orders, and spare part selection.
- Managing and executing all tasks related to selling and delivering machines to U.S. customers.
- Handling and processing machine and parts orders with precision and efficiency.
- Monitoring inventory levels and purchasing spare parts as needed.
- Overseeing the machine demonstration program.
- Maintaining consistent, clear communication across internal teams and with Kronen GmbH.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent number of years in a similar work setting and 5+ years of advanced customer service. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Solid mathematical ability, mechanical aptitude, computer skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently are required. There will be some travel required to the current location in Madison, Wisconsin for training until the move is complete.
