Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our IT team. The Infrastructure Manager will design, implementation and configuration management for all production and test infrastructure environments, including servers, storage and networking.  Designs network systems to build highly efficient communications systems. Defend systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction. Working closely with IT Director, leads and coordinates the work of Server Administrator. Maintains and revises existing systems and provides technical assistance to users and creates SQL server databases and queries. Support operations with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or other related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with designing, deploying and managing IT infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing staff.
• Experience managing 3^rd party vendors and service providers including contract and SLA management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, product delivery and systems analysis preferable.
• Strong experience with IT architecture and the interlinkage with infrastructure needs.
