Urschel Precision Cutting Solutions at Gulfood Manufacturing:
- The Little Gem Aspire™ Dicer is a new Urschel cutting concept in produce processing. Engineered through extensive R&D by the Urschel Innovation and Development department, the compact dicer employs a patented StatiCut™ knife assembly and crosscut knife assembly to achieve slices ranging from 2 mm – 20 mm, dices up to 20 mm, and strip cuts. Named after the original Little Gem, the new dicer combines easy use with strong performance, expanding on its predecessor that led Urschel to become the global leader it is today.
