Processing of poultry, such as chicken or turkey, on the E TranSlicer® Cutter by Urschel such as 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2″ (3.2, 6.4, 9.5, or 12.7 mm) slices from cooked meat. Use optional hold down assembly, wide belt.

Poultry processing on the M VersaPro Dicer (MVP) includes 3/16 to 3″ (4.8 to 76 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 1″ (9.5 x 25 mm) or 3/4 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 38 mm ), or coarse to fine shreds of varying lengths from fresh, frozen tempered or cooked meat.
The MVP offers 33% increased feeding capacity versus the standard M6 due to wider belts, optimized cutting, and increased horsepower. Optional HMI is also available.

Dice | Shred | Strip
Processing of poultry. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may be set-up to dice, shred, or strip cut poultry. The machine offers fine to coarse, short to long shreds depending on the parts installed. Dices and strips are also available from 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips.The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Processing of poultry and preformed turkey logs or roasts on the SPRINT 2 DICER — 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and pieces such as 1/4 x 1/4 x 1″ (6.4 x 6.4 x 25.4 mm) from cooked, frozen-tempered poultry products such as preformed chicken/turkey logs or roasts. Input product dimension should not exceed 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension.

Processing of poultry and preformed turkey logs or roasts on the DiversaCut Sprint Dicer — 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) dices and pieces such as 1/4 x 1/4 x 1″ (6.4 x 6.4 x 25.4 mm) from cooked, frozen-tempered poultry products such as preformed chicken/turkey logs or roasts. Input product dimension should not exceed 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

AFFINITY® DICER —  1/8 up to 3/4″ (3.2 up to 19 mm) dices and wide-range of strip cuts. Specifically manufactured for difficult to process products such as cold temperature applications, soft-texture products, or products with a  high-fat content that would normally be difficult to cut. Offers the highest capacity among Urschel dicers. Three models available. The Affinity Dicer with built-in log cutter offers an all-in-one solution for preformed logs and chubs.

AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm).

Poultry processing on the Urschel M6 Dicer includes 3/16 to 3″ (4.8 to 76 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 1″ (9.5 x 25 mm) or 3/4 x 1-1/2″ (19 x 38 mm ), or coarse to fine shreds of varying lengths from fresh, frozen tempered or cooked meat. Poultry must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 1″ (25 mm). Approximate hourly capacity: 6,500 lb (3,000 kg). Consult Urschel Laboratories for optimum knife configuration and cutting speed.
The M6 Dicer is the precursor to the M VersaPro® Dicer (MVP). The M6 Dicer is available with a 5 HP (3.7 kW) or 10 HP (5.6 kW) single or VFD (variable frequency drive) stainless steel motor.

Flake | Puree
​Use microcut heads for the finest degree of reduction at capacities up to 12,000 lbs. (5,500 kg) hourly using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

​Use microcut heads for the finest degree of reduction at capacities up to 12,000 lb (5,500 kg) hourly using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

Flake
A wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained from cooked poultry meat and skin. Choose from wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Capacity is 5,000 to 12,000 lb (2,200 to 5,500 kg) hourly using Comitrol Processor Model 2100 with 40 horsepower motor or 10,000 to 25,000 lb (4,350 to 11,000 kg) using Comitrol Processor Model 5600 with 100 horsepower motor. Use microcut heads for finest degree of reduction at capacities up to 12,000 lb (5,500 kg) hourly using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

Coarse Puree | Paste | Slurry
A wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained from cooked poultry meat and skin. Reduction of chicken slurries into a paste or puree.

Reduce poultry skin, byproducts, and slurries.
The Comitrol® Processor Model 9310 offers a wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained. Microcut heads offer the finest degree of reduction. Processes include finished milling of beef slurries.
The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line. The 9310 features the highest capacity with the most powerful motor combined with the largest microcut head configuration.
