The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may be set-up to dice or strip cut potatoes – crinkle, deep crinkle, and flat, straight edged potato dices and strips for french fries and other potato products. Popular cut sizes include dices and crinkle strips such as 1/2″, 3/8″, 7/8″ , and 1″ (12.7 mm, 9.5 mm, 22.2 mm, and 25.4 mm) and many other sizes available. Peel and precut potatoes as needed. Tempering of potatoes, especially on larger sized cuts, will reduce the risk of fracturing. Capacities up to 40,000 lb (18,000 kg) hourly depending on product quality. The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Produces .156, .188, .218, .250, .281, .290, .313, .344, .375, .406, .438, .469, .500, .560, .563, .625, or .750″ (4.0 4.8, 5.5, 6.4, 7.1, 7.4, 8.0, 8.7, 9.5, 10.3, 11.1, 11.9, 12.7, 14.2, 14.3, 15.9, or 19.1 mm) square strips, .281 x .406″ (7.1 x 9.5 mm), .281 x .594″ (7.1 x 15.1 mm), .290 x .313″ (7.4 x 8.0 mm), .313 x .375″ (8.0 x 9.5 mm), .313 x .750″ (9.5 x 19.1), .315 x .385″ (8.0 x 9.8 mm), .330 x .395″ (8.4 x 10.0 mm), .344 x .469″ (8.7 x 11.9 mm), .375 x .750″ (9.5 x 19.1 mm), .438 x .750″ (11.1 x 19.1 mm), .438 x .875″ (11.1 x 22.2 mm) rectangular strips. Process potatoes on the FloCut® Watergun Model 360 Head by Urschel. The Watergun Model 360 Head may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. The Flo-Cut offers fast, easy cutting head replacement for changing knives or sizes of cuts.

Process potatoes on the Velocicut® Head by Urschel. The Velocicut may be used with the Urschel Model VSC Segment Cutter or integrated into an existing watergun or hydro-cutting system. A variety of cuts may be produced including square, rectangular, slab, bi-slab, cross slab, and segment cuts. Blades are held together by tension and do not have a sharp edge.
