Cut cheese into pieces not exceeding 3-1/2″ (90 mm) in any dimension for uniform feeding and shred size. The CC-DL Shredder comes with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and 32″ (813 mm) cutting enclosure to produce higher capacities than the standard CC-D Shredder. For the ultimate in cheese shredding and sanitation, Urschel offers the CCX-D Cheese Shredder, a U.S.D.A., Dairy Division accepted machine.
