Dice | Strip
1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes and wide range of strip cuts. The Affinity is able to dice most natural cheeses and difficult to cut processed cheeses. Offers the highest capacity among Urschel cheese dicers. Available in two different styles: U.S.D.A. accepted version and non-U.S.D.A. with a conveyor built into the feed chute. Accepts blocks up to 7” (178 mm) or up to 10” (254 mm) in largest single product dimension. Capacity, quality of dicing, and mechanical operation are greatly influenced by product temperature and moisture content and speed settings. It is advisable to send our product test cutting facility a quantity of the particular variety of cheese which will be used so that samples can be prepared and operating suggestions offered. Estimated capacity: Up to 12,500 lb per hour of 1/8″ dices.

Crumble | Dice
Cheese Processing Equipment: The Affinity® Integra-D is U.S.D.A., Dairy Division accepted. Sanitary in design, the Integra-D produces dices, crumbles, or strips of all types of cold-temperature cheese products including high-fat or imitation cheese. It accepts infeed product up to 4.75″ (120 mm).
