Dices
The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer may be set-up to dice artichokes. Produce very good dices such as 3/8″ (9.5 mm). The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer, equipped with a 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor provides the highest capacity in the DiversaCut® series.

Dice | Strip
SPRINT 2 DICER —  1/8 up to 1″ (3.2 up to 25.4 mm) cubes, and various strips from hearts and bottoms. ​Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product to reduce waste. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Dice | Strip
Artichoke dicing on the DiversaCut Sprint® Dicer – 1/8 to 1″ (3.2 to 25.4 mm) cubes and strips. Maximum infeed dimension of 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension – precut product as necessary for proper feeding. Features a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) with soft start. The DiversaCut Sprint Dicer is the smallest dicer in the DiversaCut series and the precursor to the Sprint 2 Dicer.

Cube | Dice | Strip
AFFINITY INTEGRA DICER — Offers dices ranging from 1/8 up to 1/2″ (3.2 up to 12.7 mm) and various strips. Accepts in-feed products up to approximately 4.5″ (114 mm). Larger infeed and impeller case than RA series machines that equates to potentially 20 to 50 percent increase in capacity. Integrates to replace Model RA series machines already in the field. Large 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor.

Paste | Puree
High Capacity Vegetable Cutters and Milling Equipment, COMITROL® PROCESSOR – A wide range of particle sizes suitable for pastes, soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements. Reduce artichoke leaves and stems to a fine puree. Choose from a wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64″ (0.4 mm). Use microcut heads for the finest degree of reduction using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind product 1/4″ (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration.

Paste | Puree
A wide range of particle sizes suitable for pastes, soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements. Use microcut heads for finest degree of reduction. The 9310 offers a built-in HMI and features the highest capacity in the Comitrol line.
