SPRINT 2 DICER — 1/8″ (3.2 mm) dices up to 1″ (25.4 mm) and various strip cuts. Use conveyor discharge version for optimal controlled, complete, gentle discharge of cut product. Accepts product input up to 6.5″ (165.1 mm) in any dimension. Offers more power versus the standard Model G or DiversaCut Sprint Dicers. More power equals potentially higher capacities.

Puree
Puree or beverage nectar from fresh, pitted fruit using an appropriate microcut head. Disperses black spots in order to eliminate their appearance in final product. Approximate capacity: 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor, and any style of cutting enclosure. Reduction of apricots for baby food.
