Overview

Efficiently sorting raw material and checking peeling and cutting quality

The roller sorting table enables efficient manual sorting and trimming of whole products. It can be used for the visual inspection of raw products or for checking the peeling and cutting quality of processed products.  
The products, for example peeled potatoes, are automatically conveyed across the table and are rotated so that the personnel working at the roller sorting table can inspect the product from all sides. The processing result from previous machines is thus visually checked and individual products can be sorted out or trimmed manually. 
The roller sorting table is made completely of stainless steel and is particularly low-maintenance and easy to clean. It is available in two lengths: 2 m or 2.5 m (6.6 or 8.2 ft).

On the roller sorting table, for example, the peeling quality of peeled potatoes can be visually inspected (image shows RVT and a PL potato peeling machine).

The height of the roller sorting table can be adapted to upstream or downstream processing machines so that the product is easily transferred. The table is therefore ideal for integration into production lines or combination with different stand-alone machines. Its height adjustment function also enables ergonomic work.
