Product Test Specialist (Internal Only)

Starting Pay Level: Office Hourly Position – Starting pay rate will vary based on your current pay and experience.

Primary Job Duties:  Serves key customer relations function for the Company by working to match Urschel equipment with the size reduction goals of customers. Is responsible for determining the most suitable machine and machine configuration for product testing. Sets-up, conducts, and completes batch tests, including shipping of product and thorough cleaning of machines. Documents test results and authors timely and accurate reports to customers. Fields a wide range of set-up and application questions, working to identify solutions to machine and product problems. Demonstrates and trains customers and employees on the use of machines and applications. Satisfy daily testing schedules and maintain a showroom quality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ Urschel experience
• Strong mechanical, creative, and analytical talents to develop the ability to work on all Urschel equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated troubleshooting talents
• Strong written, organizational and basic math skills
• Proven ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
