- The
Model CCX-D uniformly produces several different types of shreds
including Oval Shreds, Full Shreds, “V” Shreds, and Crescent Shreds.
- U.S.D.A., Dairy Division accepted.
- All
product contact parts, including the cutting chamber, infeed hopper,
impeller, and the cutting head, are highly polished to Ra32 or better
to meet or exceed U.S.D.A. guidelines.
- Sheet metal access panels are
rigidly attached eliminating the need of removal from the machine. This
reduces cleaning cycle time and the chance that panels may be damaged.
- Attached swingaway infeed hopper lends to sanitation and ease of maintenance.

Applications
The Model CCX-D uniformly produces several different types of shreds including Oval Shreds, Full Shreds, “V” Shreds, and Crescent Shreds. The versatile machine features interchangeable quick locking double ring, single adjustment cutting heads that enable the processor to change the type of shred in just minutes. Specially designed throw-away knives do not require sharpening, and are inexpensive to replace.
To promote sanitation, the machine features an attached swing-away feed hopper, hinged access panels, sloped surfaces, and highly-polished stainless steel .
A wide variety of products can be processed on the Model CCX-D including cheese, carrots, potatoes, and a wide variety of other vegetables and fruits. The machine features continuous operation for uninterrupted production, and simplified design for easy cleanup and maintenance. The Model CCX-D accepts products measuring up to 3-1/2" (89mm) in any dimension. |
