Note: Hundreds of pounds per hour up to thousands of pounds per hour; capacities vary depending on condition of materials, method of feeding, and other variables. Where capacities are listed, it is assumed product will flow in a smooth, uninterrupted manner through an Urschel® machine that is in optimum condition. Capacities listed are an indication of potential results. TranSlicer 2000® Cutter 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2" (3.2, 6.4, 9.5, or 12.7 mm) slices from cooked meat. Use optional hold down assembly, wide belt. Model M6 M DICER/SHREDDER- 3/16 to 3" (4.8 to 76 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 1" (9.5 x 25 mm) or 3/4 x 1-1/2" (19 x 38 mm ), or coarse to fine shreds of varying lengths from fresh, frozen tempered or cooked meat. Poultry must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 1" (25 mm). Approximate hourly capacity: 6,500 lb (3,000 kg). Consult Urschel Laboratories for optimum knife configuration and cutting speed. Model J9-A 1/4 to 3" (6.4 to 76 mm) squares and larger pieces such as 1/4 x 1" (6.4 x 25 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4" (9.5 x 19 mm) from cooked, boned poultry. Loaves or preformed products must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 7/16" (11 mm). Approximate hourly capacity: 1,000 to 4,000 lb (450 to 1,800 kg). Model HX-A 5/8, 3/4" (16, 19 mm) and larger squares or pieces such as 3/4 x 1-1/4" (19 x 32 mm) or 1-1/2 x 1-1/2" (38 x 38 mm) from cooked, boned poultry. Loaves or preformed products must be presliced so thickness does not exceed 3/4 or 1-1/8" (19 or 32 mm) depending upon the crosscut knife spindle selected. Approximate hourly capacity: 1,500 to 5,500 lb (680 to 2,500 kg). Model L-A 1/8, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 or 1" (3.2, 6.4,7.9, 9.5, 13, 19 or 25 mm) squares or pieces such as 3/8 x 3/4" (9.5 x 19 mm) or 1/4 x 1" (6.4 x 25 mm) from cooked boned poultry.. Adjustable speed drive provides most desirable cutting rates for maximum production and minimum product damage. Approximate hourly capacity: 1,000 to 3,000 lb (450 to 1,350 kg). Model SL-A 1/8, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, or 1/2" (3.2, 6.4, 7.9, 9.5, or 12.7 mm) cubes, or pieces such as 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4" (9.5 x 19 x 19 mm) or 1/4 x 1 x 1" (6.4 x 25 x 25 mm). The SL-A Dicer provides 3 dimensional cutting. Two dimension cutting, identical to the L-A Dicer can be obtained using a special feed hopper to bypass the centrifugal slicer of the SL-A Dicer. Approximate hourly capacity of 3/8" (9.5 mm) dices: 5,000 lb (2,200 kg). Note: The SL-A Dicer should be considered when other meat products in addition to poultry must be diced, or when poultry rolls or preformed products must be diced. Model G-A 1/4, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8 or 3/4" (6.4, 9.5, 11, 13, 16 or 19 mm) cubes and pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2" (6.4 x 9.5 x 13 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4" (9.5 x 19 x 19 mm) from cooked and chilled dark chicken meat not over 5-1/4" (130 mm) long for proper feeding. Capacity is 8,000 lbs. (3,500 kg) of 3/8" (9.5 mm) cubes hourly. Model H-A H-A DICER - 3/4 or 1" (19 or 25 mm) cubes and pieces as large as 3/4 x 1 x 1" (19 x 25 x 25 mm) or as small as 3/16 x 3/4 x 3/16" (4.8 x 19 x 4.8 mm). Capacity is 6,000 to 11,000 lbs. (2,800 to 5,000 kg) of 3/4" (19 mm) cubes hourly. Product size limitations are the same as for G-A and GK-A Dicers. QuantiCut® Dicer 5/32 to 3/4" (4 to 19.1 mm) dices and pieces such as 1/8 x 1/8 x 1" (3.2 x 3.2 x 25.4 mm) from cooked, frozen-tempered product such as turkey roasts. Input product dimension should not exceed 10" (254 mm) in any dimension. Approximate hourly capacity of 1/2" (12.7 mm): 6,500 lb (3,000 kg). Model RA-A 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, or 3/8" (3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 6.4, 8, or 9.5 mm) cubes or pieces such as 1/8 x 1/4 x 3/4" (3.2 x 6.4 x 19 mm) from cooked, boned poultry. Stationary slicing knife will produce some separation and shredding of product often desirable in preparation of salads and sandwich spreads. Approximate hourly capacity of 1/8" (3.2 mm) cuts at high intermediate speed: 4,000 lb (1,800 kg); 1/4" (6.4 mm) cuts at slow speed: 2,500 lb (1,150 kg). Comitrol® Processor Line A wide range of particle sizes suitable for soups, infant feeding, and special diet requirements can be obtained from cooked poultry meat and skin. Choose from wide selection of cutting head opening sizes for particle sizes larger than 1/64" (0.4 mm). Capacity is 5,000 to 12,000 lbs. (2,200 to 5,500 kg) hourly using Comitrol Processor Model 2100 with 40 horsepower motor or 10,000 to 25,000 lbs. (4,350 to 11,000 kg) using Comitrol Processor Model 5600 with 100 horsepower motor. Use microcut heads for finest degree of reduction at capacities up to 12,000 lbs. (5,500 kg) hourly using 9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed and 30 horsepower motor. Chop or grind product 1/4" (6.4 mm) or smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration. Comitrol® Processor 9300 with Feeder Single pass thru the Comitrol Processor Model 9300 can eliminate several other pieces of equipment while producing smoother end product at capacities exceeding 18,000 lbs. (8,200 kg) hourly. |
