cutting machines offers different kinds of cuts.
Model G-A 1/4,
3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8 or 3/4" (6.4, 9.5, 11, 13, 16 or 19 mm) cubes and
pieces such as 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2" (6.4 x 9.5 x 13 mm) or 3/8 x 3/4 x 3/4"
(9.5 x 19 x 19 mm) green or ripe fruit, either fresh or brined. Pieces
must not exceed 5-1/4" (130 mm) in any dimension for rapid feeding.
Approximate hourly capacity 0f 3/8" (9.5 mm): 10,000 lb (4,500 kg). Model GK-A Plain
cubes and pieces, or cuts with 2 or 4 crinkle sides can be produced by
proper selection of slicing and crosscut knives. Circular knives are
suitable for smooth cuts only. Crinkle cut strips with a variety of
dimensions can be produced simply by removing the circular knife
spindle and stripper plate from the GK-A Dicer. Capacity and
specifications are similar to the G-A for dicing. Model H-A 3/4,
7/8 and 1" (19, 22 and 25 mm) cubes and pieces as large as 1 x 1-3/4 x
1-3/4" (25 x 44 x 44 mm) or small as 1/8 x 3/4 x 1/8" (3.2 x 19 x 3.2
mm). Approximate hourly capacity of 3/4" (19 mm) cubes: 20,000 lb
(9,000 kg). Comitrol® Processor Line Puree,
jelly, jam or beverage nectar from fresh, ripe fruit using microcut
head. Capacity is 15 to 25 gallons (55 to 95 liters) per minute using
9,390 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and
any style of cutting enclosure. Cut or crush to 1/4" (6.4 mm) pieces or
smaller and pump into the Processor for minimum aeration. Disperses
black spots in order to eliminate their appearance in final product.
