will find our selection of cheese processing machines. Each of the following dairy
product cutting machines offers different kinds of cuts. Model RA-D 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16 or 3/8" (3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 6.4, 7.9, or 9.5 mm) cubes and pieces such as 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/4" (3.2 x 3.2 x 6.4 mm) from pieces of cheese not exceeding 3-1/2" (90 mm) in any dimension. Most natural and process cheeses can be diced satisfactorily. Capacity, quality of dicing, and mechanical operation are greatly influenced by product temperature and moisture content and speed settings. It is advisable to send our test laboratory a quantity of the particular variety of cheese which will be used so that samples can be prepared and operating suggestions offered. Model CCX-D New Model CCX-D Cheese shredder - cheese slicer - .070" (1.8 mm), .097" (2.5 mm), .125" (3.2 mm) full shreds, v-shreds, oval shreds, crescent shreds, wide oval shreds, strip cuts, or flat slices for salads, casseroles and pizza. Cut cheese into pieces not exceeding 3-1/2" (90 mm) in any dimension for uniform feeding and shred size. Model CC-D CC-D SHREDDER - Cheese shredder - cheese slicer - .070" (1.8 mm), .097" (2.5 mm), .125" (3.2 mm) full shreds, v-shreds, oval shreds, crescent shreds, wide oval shreds, strip cuts, or flat slices for salads, casseroles and pizza. Cut cheese into pieces not exceeding 3-1/2" (90 mm) in any dimension for uniform feeding and shred size. Approximate hourly capacity:1,500 to 4,000 lb (680 to 1,800 kg), up to 6,000 lb (2,700 kg) of v-shreds with a 10 horsepower machine. Model H-A 3/4, 7/8 and 1" (19, 22 and 25 mm) cubes and pieces as large as 1 x 1-3/4 x 1-3/4" (25 x 44 x 44 mm) or as small as 3/16 x 3/4 x 3/16" (4.8 x 19 x 4.8 mm). Comitrol® Processor Line 1/32" (0.8 mm) or larger particles from low moisture varieties or partially dried cheeses. Use B, M or K-U style cutting heads to produce grated or powdered product with minimum heating. Precut cheese into pieces approximately 1/2" (12.7 mm) for uniform feed and low friction; first shred with Model CC-D 10 horsepower and dry when necessary. Approximate hourly capacity: 1,500 to 3,500 lb (680 to 1,500 kg) of 1/32" (0.8 mm) particles using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed, 30 horsepower motor and the Comitrol® Processor Model 1700. |
